Medic received more than 114,000 calls for help in 2013, resulting in over 91,000 patient care opportunities. Our goal is to provide the best pre-hospital healthcare experience imaginable to every patient, every time. Gathering and reviewing feedback from the community is a vital component of Medic’s continous improvement process.  If you have comments, praise, or concerns regarding your experience with one of Medic’s Paramedic teams, please feel free to submit a patient feedback form or call Medic’s main office at 704.943.6000 and ask for the Public Relations department.
